Quick entry. 
Just saw 300 tonight and goddamn!  Best movie I've seen in quite a while!  Went well beyond my expectations, and has inspired me to do in the vicinity of 300-1000 sit-ups a day :)
Visuals were stunning.  Story was classic mythology at its best.  And I loved the richness and pride of the characters.  I am definitely going back to see ( Read more... )

Actually just wanted to give a quick update, and let anyone who was actually concerned with my Guns N' Roses dilemna know that Axl Rose fucking cancelled!!!!!!!!!!  Luckily, I had decided to roady for Goatwhore that night (and what a fucking night, it was great!), and didn't have to deal with paying too much for a concert that didn't happen ( Read more... )
