Woooo, today. More skating. My hands hurt so much right now from being cold all day combined with excessive clapping. I got to the arena just as the mens practice was ending. Patrick Chan skated back out to the center to take a bow. Then, the ladies free skate was on. 18 competitors. Gaaaah. I don't even remember most of them. Jessica kinda bombed

I haven't been this enamored with a show since my marathon viewing of The West Wing last year. Leverage is perfect. Parker, with her squeaky duck costume and backflips and her feelings for pretzels. Eliot! He'll kick your ass and then sing to you. And Hardison, he's so dope! Nate and Sophie and their heartachingly beautiful not-quite-romance.
I've been watching figure skating since I was wee. I can't tell you the difference between a salchow and a lutz and would probably be called ~not a fan~ because I really only watch it once every four years but I do enjoy the sport

Meet Scott and Tessa. "Hi, Scott and Tessa!" Scott and Tessa are Canadian ice dancers (I know, I know ice dancing?) who won North America's first gold medal in the sport at the Vancouver Olympics and then went on take the World title a month later.
