Dan and I will be travelling down on 2nd March earlier than usual 11.40 train which means we will arrive at 3.04pm
However Monday we will be on the usual 10am train to Newcastle

am currently job hunting. want to do research. am damn good at doing research. however all the research posts also seem to want you to bring in sufficent money to cover 100% of your salary. Jan 12: 12.40 leave - arrive Bham 15.58
Jan 15: 10.03 leave Bham - arrive N'castle 13.34

Doing the same train times Feb 2 and 5th

NB If Monday train time is a bit late for your schedule just drop Ewan and me at the station early and we'll have a coffee etc

No. 1: Was due to catch 18:30 train from Bham Sunday night and get in to Newcastle 10pm. Got to station to be told 18:30 didn't exist, yep the rail works (which according to the online schedule finished 2 months ago) are still going on. Ewan had first Pneumococcal vaccine jab today. Weighed in at 8.86kg or 19lb 8.5oz which puts him just below the 75th centile. Also had him measured - 74cm - which put him in the 99th centile - God but he is long!! He is now commando crawling everywhere - we've had to lower his cot bed and plan on doing safety gates this weekend. His bottom and top ( Read more... )

this will be brief as v limited energy - shakes still acting up since (because of?) summer school. sleep interrupted. v tired. actually went to doc and got 2 week sick note in attempt to try and give self a break and get over it sooner - hopefully. Dan also achy so hard for him to help out much. not a great combo.

this may end abruptly if my lift arrives - a rep from the PArkinson's disease society who is taking me to a PD support group down in Billingham in order to try and find one or two of them who would be willing to play with my trial ie help the trial run well, ask the right questions, help with data interpretation not be a trial participant.
