Today I think I did really well.  I jogged in place for 15 minutes and did some step aerobics and other aerobics...so exercise was good.  Food was good too- I made good choices and I am happy with that ( Read more... )

Today was a nice day. Mostly relaxed at home and spent time with my husband.  Finished up my psychopathology reading that will be discussed in class on Monay.....and watched Sam work on his stem for his boat- and it is almost completely done- it is looking so nice.  I am excited about him building a boat and I can not wait to enjoy it together ( Read more... )
