i posted an online ad for a car yesterday and i sold it today. the internet is wonderful.

i haven't updated for two weeks. a lot has happened. i've traveled through three states. i've experienced four climates. i've had a spectacular time: bought bikes, ate free breakfasts, played in snow , slept on floors, talked to girls, etc., etc. i miss my dogs and the feeling of home, but now that i'm back i'll take advantage of the familiar, ( Read more... )

it's sunny and warm today, finally!!! i just went surfing and now i'm going skateboarding with my dog and then on a bike ride with my other dog. life is good.

i spent the night at home watching movies and drinking rum and cola. amelie is g'dammed adorable. this is probably the only time in my entire life that i wish i could speak french. i sure would look silly talking to a television though.

since i've come home from lake tahoe i have been incredibly bored. i think i was once told that over-stimulation can lead to depression. did i do this to myself? is it possible that i had too much fun and so have ruined the rest of the week for myself? it was one of the best times ever ( Read more... )

I just got home from one of the best snow boarding trips ever! Two friends and I went to Lake Tahoe on NewYear's dAy. We went to Heavenly for two days on free tickets that my buddy KRistin hooked up and then spent a day at Kirkwood. The snow was so deep I couldn't shake a stick at it, even if i really wanted to! i'm driving to lake tahoe later today. it will be fucking spectacular, probably the best. i couldn't hope for more, except maybe for more time to sleep, but sleep is the enemey! Arghhh.

last weekend was fun! i was able to join in on Emilope's family snowboarding vacation to bear mountain, CA. my roommate, billie, came up later and joined us. there was some recent snow and the conditions were awesome. also, we got to stay in her family's mountain mansion, a really big nice cabin actually. Tonight, for Christmas dinner, I went to a Chinese restaurant with three jews. There were other jews there. Many of them. It was kinda wierd. I guess I'm the only one that didn't know that jews eat chinese food on christmas. I had shrimp and scallops with broccoli and snowpeas.

This morning my dog, Guiness, found a stray puppy under my car. I've tried all day to find it's home but no luck. I spoke with the neighbors and walked the 'hood but it seems that no one around here is looking for this adorable doggie.
