So, today the CA state supreme court is hearing the case to invalidate Prop 8 which took away the rights given gay couples to marry in CA. Prop 8 won by a narrow margin this past November ( Read more... )

Fashion Week happened and the Season 6 contestants got to show at Fashion Week, but anonymously. Season 6 is still under legal battle for who gets to show it: Lifetime or Bravo. So for now, us fans are just waiting, waiting, while Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum taunt us with "It's the best season ever" blah blah blah.

So, the BBC did a great article talking about limiting the amount of kids you have for the environment. Eigenadam: weren't we just talking about this?

Yesterday I saw our town's production of The Nutcracker. The Symphony was amazing, that music is very special to me, I have been listening to it my whole life. Although the overall production is not as spectacular as the San Francisco Ballet's version, it is still a Christmas tradition and very sweet (or suite?). Less than a week to go until Christmas. This year, my family is trying something new. The adults are not going to exchange presents. As much as we love to do it, times are so uncertain right now, and we all have our own bills going on and it's kind of a relief to not have to go out and find the "perfect gift" for everyone.
