I don't know what to tell anyone about week 3. I haven't changed eating habits yet, so that's a definite caveat. Week 3, I think, was at 292.5. This morning (week 4 weight) I was at 291.5.
However .. .working out is going well. I am sore as hell, but it feels good. I worked out almost every day last week, but the goal is 3 days a week until that
