Well, the latest thing is that the agent isn't returning our calls... We've called on monday, tuesday, wednesday, and thursday this week, but Susan is always unable to take our call. Each time, we leave a message with the secretary for her to ring us back when she's free, but she never has... Today, I got fed up and asked to speak to the principal ( Read more... )

Well, the agent is apparently waiting for a call from the owner, probably tomorrow. Of course, we only found this out after Jonno called her today. She said she'd get back to us in about 2 days. Tomorrow will be 4 days, and that's assuming she'll actually call tomorrow. Is it unreasonable to expect a phone call for a delay of at least 2 days? Maybe ( Read more... )

So: I'm on the M4 somewhere around Silverwater at about 8:00pm at night. It's a three lane road with not much traffic at that time, but enough cars around that i'm in the right hand lane.
