Angry at insurance.
Tired of being angry at insurance. They promise something, I pay my premiums, they refuse to cover it, and I'm stuck in the middle, out of pocket and arguing with our benefits department and their soulless call center drones. I made this with the intention of slathering it on garlic toast, rather than tossing it with a pasta. It's thick and rich and dense. (If you want it to be a pasta sauce, thin it with chicken/veggie broth and/or cream.)
