Many, many thanks to kelso for cluing me into this badass parody of Chris Isaac's "Wicked Game" video.

So everything at work if FUBAR'ed. I wasn't able to do squat yesterday, and it's about the same today. Everything may be getting drastically different today or tomorrow. I have no idea what's going on. Customers are starting to get pissed. I am starting to get stressed. Gonna go set stuff on fire.

So I recently finished book 1 of Mercedes Lackey's Mage Storms trilogy. I haven't "continued" the main Valdemar storyline since I finished Mage Winds years ago. Those books (particularly the character of Elspeth) left a bad taste in my mouth ( Read more... )

So regarding Johnny Cash's last works, it seems to me that most attention is given to his various covers, and probably for good reason. Off the top of my head, Hurt, Personal Jesus and Solitary Man are all excellent.
