I was rather lonely, even though you're home now, and I got to thinking of ways I can detain criminals...like Light...when they are a match for my intellect. Like Light... This is disappointing...
I thought I could restrain him but apparently he left again, so I have decided to give up should he come back again. I will be cordial, of course but I am getting worn out in taking the same cases over and over. Perhaps one of the many other detectives in this city can control Yagami Light better. I find that I am spending too much time thinking of other people when I should be focused on the murderer I promised Al-san that I'd help look for.
I am worried about that teacher, Itoshiki-sensei, that wishes to die. I am also worried about Mikami-kun.

L murderer
I am sure many of you are wondering about the capture of the "L murderer", and what I plan to do with him since he is under my supervision.
Normally I like keeping details of a case on a need to know basis, but it seems with such attention on finding him it would be required to inform those seeking him of the circumstances.

Mikami-kun came back from a business trip to America, though I still cannot figure out how he managaes to escape this place to go on a business trip, and he told me about this holiday they have over there called Thanksgiving. Murder in an ally
A murder? And here I thought that this city would protect people from that crime. I guess being a detective I should have known better, And it's not like I don't know who did this..., but, I try to be optimistic.

If I can so request I need your attention to be focused on Yagami Light, for it seems he is here and is bearing a grudge against Mikami Teru, and event hough Mikami-san was one of the Kira's you all fought to hard to defeat he is still a person and I would not like to start this whole Kira battle again, it's over with. I really don't know how much longer I can await for Mikami-kun to come home. His kitten is almost a full grown cat and Sybil, well, she has eaten anything and everything that she could find if it belongs to him. Though this may be because I don't have anything, really.
