Ok, so next I made the TV 261 Four gore underskirt, without the ruffle. The fabric is silk dupion from www.puresilks.biz I can truly recommend them! Reasonable prices and fast delivery. This is the TV 101 Revised petticoat with wire bustle. It's made in a white cheap cotton fabric, ("lakansväv"), with white bias tape and precut/tipped bustle wire. I didn't make the flounce overlay because of lack of time.
