I went to a new therapist tonight and she ROCKS! She's funny, smart, and has been clean 11 years. I completed several diagnostic tools in her office and we discussed the results along with her therapeutic plan for me. I lost 5.4lbs last week, and I wasn't even hungry! The points thing really works for my analy personality. Now, if I could just get over this darn cold - life would be fabulous!

I was a little nervous because they sent me the questions ahead of time and they were super hard and technical. But I think I did a really good job.
