I got up this morning and was tired...but had to get up and go in the shower. Fab start to the day :D

Woke up before alarm at 8.15...didnt need to get up til 9. Jumped in the shower, got ready, had brekky etc then headed out. I saw my GP today...a new lady as she has just joined the practice and all of the newest patients got transferred over to her. Been quite a busy day today. I went to my groups this morning...saw my IP consultant briefly. She discharged me but wants to see me again on monday for some reason. I had appointment with Psych consultant and CPN this morning. It went ok. I got what I wanted. She wasnt listening to me at all...dismissing the fact that Im suffering from depression and find everyday really hard.
