I quite enjoyed watching the Ladies Final; there was some great tennis being played out there today. My enjoyment was slightly marred by the fact that I was able to guess the result. I watched the first half of the match live, then I went dancing; when I left Venus and Serena were 6 all in the first set and they'd been playing for 44 minutes. ( Read more... )

Oh god, I love Silverstone ♥ I was so pleased that everyone - drivers, teams bosses, engineers - were singing its praises, because it's a great track and it would be such a shame to disappear from the calendar altogether.

I went and voted this morning on my way into work. I'm sure there are many people all over the country who won't bother because it's "only the European elections" or because they don't know who to vote for and to that I say bullshit.
