I just found out that right after Christmas (on the 26th or 27th), Seaquest Season 1 and, more importantly, the Nowhere Man series are being released!

I can't wait. :)

My love of Veronica Mars continues. I downloaded the 8 episodes that have already aired in Season 2, and finished watching them last night. I think this season will surpass the excellent first season.

I just got back from watching Harry Potter 4...much much better than the last film. Sure they cut out some of my favorite parts from the book (such as the Dursley scenes), but they left in the important stuff (unlike part 3). It's going to be a long wait for the next one ( Read more... )

Yikes, I've been working on my Chinese homework for the last 6 hours, and I'm not even close to being done yet. And the scary part? I don't have any substantial grasp of the material, yet have a huge test tomorrow. This will not be good.

They were showing Serenity on post tonight, so I went and saw it again (4th time). Enjoyable, as always (though the theater here is horrible...the screen kept going dark, and stopped more than a few times during the film...I've very glad this wasn't my first time watching the movie ( Read more... )

Arrested Development has been cancelled. Sigh.

I started watching my Veronica Mars. I picked it up without having seen a single episode of the show...just word of mouth (Joss Whedon called it his current favorite shows).

I'm liking it. The main character Veronica Mars is great. The supporting cast isn't quite as interesting, but I'm quite hooked. :)

I did okay on my recent Chinese tests. Not great, but passing (89 Reading, 87 Listening, and a very low 75 in speaking...yikes). I blame my low speaking score on the severely reduced speaking practice we've been getting. I didn't feel comfortable at all with what I had to talk about ( Read more... )
