I officially declare this weekend to have been "one of those weekends". Only my Saturday night was pre-planned, mind you, so I thought the rest of the weekend would be spent knitting and drinking cocoa and waiting for Mr. Z to get back from Utah. Turns out, not so much.

Musical inquiries
Before I get to the musical fun: Oh frell, we're having a party tomorrow. Must clean.
Anyhow, Letters to Santa was great. I stayed the entire time, saw some friends from the VC era, and had great fun. My favorite moment was a throwaway skit about 90% into the 24 hours:

Giftiness
My grandma complained that all I had on my Amazon wish list were a bunch of books, with a couple of DVDs.
So I compromised, and added a calculator and an operating system.
On second thought, perhaps that wasn't much of a compromise. -
