I did some checking into the various '08 presidential hopefuls, and was kinda surprised at which one's political positions are closest to my own.

Republican candidate Ron Paul.

Basically, Ron Paul is a Libertarian seeking the Republican nomination since no Libertarian party candidate has a chance in hell of getting elected President.

I just reached 50,000 words on my novel.  Which I can officially call a novel now, since most of the publishing websites I've been checking out draw the line between novella and novel at 50,000 words.  Funny thing, though, is that these same sites also say a novel is typically between 50,000 and 150,000 words.  There's no way I'm a third of the way ( Read more... )
