Back to it
Lots of projects have been going on. Not well documented *shrug*
I blame face book. I spend my time there these day but don't post much. It is far to "public" a venue. Things to "share" less of a journal. -
Halloween prep
Last night I painted the ghost black. I found out the black paint I got is not water clean up. No too big of a deal but I need to get some paint thinner, my hands are still all messy ;)
It is good that I put the white primer on first. The black oil based paint might have damaged the foam if it went on first.

Halloween prep
I primered the ghost Tuesday night. I use white. Afterwards I realize I should have primered it black then accented it with white, to get the recesses dark. Oh well, a second coat of paint won't hurt it.

Halloween
This weekend was busy. I am in full October mode now and work is picking up.
I am happy. I manged to repair and rebuild the crank for my flying crank ghost. It is working well.
I make up a new frame to hang it from out of 1/2 electrical conduit.
Cheaper and stronger than PVC, though without the variety of connectors. I improvised PVC and galvanised ( Read more... ) -
de-stressed
Yesterday I slept deep, better than I have slept in weeks.
I think it was a combo of doing some time on the elliptical and a general relief that the bulk of the demo and roofing is done. -
