Vacation from 30,000 Feet
The trip to DC was long, but the plan of leaving early in the morning turned out to be a good one. We hit traffic somewhere in the middle of Virginia which added about 2 hours to our overall trip time -- 13.5 hours in total. OMG ZUBBLES!
Zubbles are the awesomest thing ever. Squee! Bright hot-pink bubbles that magically leave no trace of hot pink on skin. SO COOL.
I think my daughter appreciated her Christmas Present almost as much as I did. Thanks, Lighbearer! -
Building Maintance
There's a leak over the desk opposite mine. It's been there for some time. Each time it rains, we call building facilities. After some nagging, they will show up to stare at the waterlogged tiles for a few minutes before going away. So, male or female, if you sleep around without your spouse's knowledge, you're having an affair. If it's short-term, it could possibly be called a fling. A very merry start to the holidays
We saw everyone in their holiday finery last night, and tonight we decorated the tree, hung the lights, and generally started getting the house ready. The small child was delighted with the tree-trimming process, and the tree looks lovely ( Read more... ) -
