So I'm now on the Dutch coast for the remainder of my trip, about halfway between 's-Gravenzande and Hoek van Holland. We did it! The Portland City Council voted 3-2 in the past hour in favor of the proposal to renovate PGE park to be the new home of an MLS franchise in 2011.
