Evenings at home were relaxing. She'd gotten home from work and started in on the Garden Room now that the trees had been delivered and the furniture was ready to be assembled. It was a restless night and CJ tossed and rolled as dreams disturbed her rest.

Monday Evening L'Orinoco
On her way home from City Hall, CJ dashed in to Cuisine du Terroir and picked up enough food for Beverly, Ten and herself. Once home, she plated the dishes, everything from onion soup and a salad of baby greens with tomatoes and duck confit, to the main dish of Coq-au-Vin with sauteed green beans and crepes filled with mushrooms. Thursday Evening Shopping
After lunch with James, she called Carol and told her she wouldn't be back in. It was too beautiful a day, really. She headed home and found Ten there, continuing work on the Garden Room. "Ten? What do you want to do tonight?" CJ asked as she brought dinner in. Bags of Greek takeout found their way to the kitchen counter and she began to pull out plates.
"Ten?" she called, not sure where he was exactly. -
Walking Around Campus Thursday
CJ had a meeting with the University president, which turned into a tedious game of kiss-the-mayor's-ass. She'd finally put her foot down and told him to come back to her when he had more than flattery to offer. Monday Evening
She didn't like last night at all. Where there was one person out of the grave, there tended to be more. Rather than activate the special unit, she called in her boys. Easter Dinner at L'Orinoco
After Mass, CJ and John headed back to the apartment. CJ buzzed around the kitchen making dinner for them. She put him to work dressing the table. Three places to set, but enough food for an army.
