Feeling a little better, for some reason--maybe it's the cold. In any case, Gaheris is outside, dressed significantly not warmly enough (no surprise there), and being thoroughly useless, by which we mean heading tentatively towards the Percy Household in an attempt to find Cimorene.
He is very easy to accost. -

Even since Sophie, Gaheris has been doing better by enormous lengths. Having a surrogate daughter is stabling him in the same way it stabled him to have his own child when he was in exile; he's not well, he'll never really be well, but he's happier within himself, less lonely and twitchy. He goes out of Morvydd's room more often. He goes on errands ( Read more... ) -
