Oh my sweet jeebus motherfucker. I have the WORST bladder infection ever. My doctor can't see me for two weeks. Somebody please come get my kids so I can go to a walk-in clinic. Or just come give me painkillers so I won't scream every time I go pee. That's starting to freak out the kids ( Read more... )

Yeah, I'd do the same. We are in the same state, but sadly, in different parts of it. I hope you do at least have some cranberry juice?

cranberry juice, cranberry juice, cranberry juice. As much as you can, it will help alleviate. Get to the dr as soon as possible - any dr... When i was in sumatra my infection got so bad by the time i came home i guess it went to my kidneys or something. (do you remember my posts last year about back and forth to the dr like, from february to may? NOT fun.)

it hurts to pee but... try the juice.... helping flush it out of the system.

and - i'm not a dr so take it with a grain but this is just what helped me.

and seriously, 2 weeks? fucking ridiculous. get a new dr. they should at least be able to get you a prescription if you know the symptoms and have had this before.

Ditto on the cranberry juice, but make sure you aren't getting like the regular stuff, cocktails with a lot of sugar, etc. Get the 100 percent pure juice with no added sugar. not all stores carry it but i think i got mine at kroger in the heatlh section. it's bitter as all get out, may have to dilute with water to drink it, but that's what you want.

I had the blad infection a couple of years ago and that was my relief, that was all really. prob should have gotten anti-biotics but the cranberry juice did it.

Why should I have kids when you already have the one I want?

The pure cranberry concentrate comes in tablets and they're in the store by the vitamins and supplements. AZO is the brand I know, but the brand that I have at home is Nature's Resource. I hope you get better soon!
