After seeing a pattern for this little knitted turtle online, I was inspired to try knitting something that wasn't 2-dimensional like a scarf or blanket, and venture into the world of corners and round things. Finally home again from 16 awesome days of Pennsic. The weather was perfect. The people were amazing and wonderful. Nick got to visit and had an awesome time :) Sooooooo much fun was had. The first week of June, Nick and I went on a road trip vacation to visit our grandparents/relatives and squeeze some camping in on the side. My grandmother's are in Minnesota and South Dakota, and Nick's family is in Denver, and his grandparents in Kansas. For some extra fun we threw in a few days camping in the Black Hills. Over the weekend our bunny came down with stasis (all blocked up). He's been through this a few times and while he wasn't pooping and obviously uncomfortable, his attitude was good and he was still willing to nibble on hay and treats and run around.
