I ran again this morning. Since last week seemed to go very well I skipped to week 3 of the
C25k plan. I had initially thought of trying week 4, but didn't want to push too hard and miss a run tomorrow.
Turns out, week 3 is also pretty easy. I am amazed (and pleased), and a little confused.
I have not run since I sprained my ankle, about 18 months
