Hello rainfall, my old friend...
The heatwave broke! Hurrah! It started to feel a little cooler yesterday, then came the drizzle, and today we've had thunder and a good deluge of rain. The air feels cool again and I have high hopes for getting a reasonable night's sleep tonight ( Read more... ) -
We're having a heatwave
So, the hot weather has returned to the southern UK. Today, temperatures reached 32 deg C (approx 90 deg F), so I battened down the hatches, keeping windows closed and blinds down in an effort to keep the cool in and the heat out. Technical question 2/Test
Good evening, I'm trying to use some HTML to make an lj-cut (with text) and embed a link (good old a href - you know the one). And yet, when I post it just visible to me, so I can check it over, the HTML just appears exactly as I've typed it, so no click-on link for either.
