I am nekkid, covered in towels and flopped out in Best Chair. The Captain was so happy to see me he actually shot me in the leg with wee. Just a quickie post to let you all know that I still exist and am on the road. I can't believe all the cool stuff I've seen and done on this trip. This morning especially--I slept in a vacant lot near Summit, CO and when I woke up there was this tiny violent creek a short walk away. Hi From Californy
I hit Berkeley at 11 this morning, almost exactly 48 hours after leaving Minnesota. Not bad at all! Along the way I had a near-disaster involving running on fumes through a barren desert to find the one fuel station within 50 miles. Other than that, it was blissfully uneventful and the driving was fine indeed. I got 585 miles out of a single tank ( Read more... ) -
