Today I told my vice-principal that I won't be recontracting. I think we both knew that this was coming, but it is strange to think that my time on JET is now all but over.

I feel relieved and a little scared at the same time.

What a topsy-turvy weekend. Friday night involved a really enjoyable game of soccer and then a quiet evening exchanging emails with meg and playing wow (yes, I admit it, I am addicted). Today is my school sports festival. The only problem is that I'm 二日酔い and it's shaping up to be a hot one.

The doctor said that, if this swelling doesn`t go away soon that I may have to have knee surgery. I'm not sure if I want knee surgery, but if he thinks that it is important then I guess I should. If I am going to have it done, I should probably have it done before next winter though.

You wouldn't have someone teaching mathematics, who didn't know how to multiply two numbers.
