Occasionally my 74 Lincoln Mark IV was idling rough.  I'd tried a few things but without success.  Yesterday is was 95 degrees and about 95% humidity and I took it on a longer trip and it really ran rough when stopped and even stalled at lights.  I talked to a number of people about it and they had all sorts of suggestions.  One auto parts store ( Read more... )

I was driving and listening to the news on NPR and there's some "occupy" protest scheduled for this weekend in Phily.  They interviewed, some official about it but I don't remember his name.  He said "A march is fine but you don't have the right to be an idiot".  I about pee'd myself!  You never hear such honest talk from an official and I liked ( Read more... )

Yesterday I was out in the woods and the mosquitoes were bugging us.  Someone brought OFF and I used that but it's didn't do a thing for the itching of my current bites.  How come nobody makes a spray that is both a bug repellent and an anti-itch spray.  I could bring a can of OFF and an bottle of Bactine and put them both on but who hasn't someone ( Read more... )
