2. Create a new layer, fill it with #61E0F3 Set it to color burn 48%.




3. Use this texture. Set it to hue.





4.Use this texture. Set it to Multiply 36%

5. Use that texture by 77word, set it to multiply





5. Now we have to use a pancil tool 1px. Draw lines.
* Orginally I used here boarder brush but I can't find it now ;/ so if you have simple brush you can use it, it's a lot easier ^^
