I'm in sunny Scotland... was actually lucky I made it here what with 50mph restrictions which meant I arrived here at 17:30 instead of 14:30, my bum was very numb by the end of that ;o) Strangely, it's not very sunny here, infact it's baltic! Recently I discovered I enjoy eating raw cabbage, so I thought I'd experiment and buy Sauerkraut. Can I say now that it is rank? I bought a huge jar as you have a choice of nothing or a lifetime supply. I put the first mouthful in and realised I was being poisoned with salt. What is all that about?!? Was I eating it wrong? I've not smoked since Sunday and feel fine!

I now classify myself as a non-smoker and plan never to smoke again :o)

(btw, remember I said my carbon monoxide was 26ppm last week? it's now 2ppm and a non smoker has between 0-6ppm!!!).
