dude...we eat way too much corn every day. just read your labels....its horrible. so i'm gonna wipe it from my diet. its bad for you if you eat a whole lot of it in the ways its pocessed. not to mention the sugars and fat elsewhere too. i gotta tame my sweet tooth and eat right. im starting tonite. wish me luck.
