That time has been looping around in Inaba, that this has happened countless times with only him to remember, that he knows secrets about her life that haven't been yet revealed in this specific loop (or just impossible predictions about the future coming true), that he found romance to be a more effective way of increasing his power than friendship (I just don't want him to be a jerk), that everyone he knows always reacts in exactly the same manner every single time, that horrible failure is entirely possible, that he's tried preemptively ending it without success and that, worst of all, it's been going on for so long that he actually finds it hard to care that she's on the verge of tears- wait what?
So her/they're sudden independence gives him new hope and a wish to try to make it up to her/them. Kinks can be regular M/F sex, bdsm (from girls ready to forgive but still incredibly angry) and whatever the writer wants.
For an alternative interpretation, Igor and the others only gave them temporary independence so Yuu doesn't give up and help Adachi just to escape this nightmare.
