so did you all know that gatorade was invited in 1965?!?!?! i had no idea it has been around that long. apparently it was invinted for the florida gators football team way back when. the guy who invented it just died - is on the news. anyways, enough randomness for now.

I can't believe it's almost November!?!?! High School swim season starts next week! I must be insane to coach again considering practice starts at 6:15am every morning. Not really looking forward to being back at Edison Johnson (the pool I was in charge of for the city of Durham), but we got bumped from practicing at the YMCA. Let the insanity

So, today I was returning from the Swim Office in Cary when I decided to get some caffeine because it has been one of those days. Well, I turned off Harrison Blv and then took a quick right onto a side strip to get to Eckerds for a soda. How am i supposed to watch Beauty and the geek, NCIS & Bones all at the same time???? I think it's a first that there are 3 shows on at once that I want to watch. So not fair, when there are other nights that have sucky tv. Hmpf.

Ok, so I'm thinking about switching to verizon as my cell phone carrier. Anyone have any comments, good or bad, in regards to them?

Ok, so I just saw on the news about Peter Pan peanut butter having problems with Salmonella outbreaks. Apparently this is not the first out break since Aug 2006 and they are temporarily shutting down peanut PB until they find the cause. The said to check your PB lid to see if the number starts with 2111.... so, I did. And guess what my PB started ( Read more... )
