So I cheated on the weekend. I drank, I ate bread (garlic) and even chowed down on B's awful 80% cocoa chocolate. Serves me right. Today I feel like run over crap. :P On the upside, we did a huge Saturday King's Park walk and zoo-walked on Sunday. Back on the treadmill tonight for agonisation.
I don't really have a problem with alcomohol so I decided to tackle my biggest vice this month, which is caffeine. I generally drink a bottle of coke for breakfast and a couple of coffees a day when I feel cold

Went to Little Creatures for a mate's birthday celebration tonight. Toasting the table with a glass of lemon lime and bitters when every other bastard has a pint in their hand = NOT. I have appreciated what others, namely sorscha and msvyvyan, have said about this exercise being a time of "reset" of our relationship with alcohol. The sentiment sat well with me.
