Just got a certified letter from the City of Chicago yesterday. It seems that the old Fugly (my MIL's old deathtrap that RTF put in MY name so it wouldn't affect HIS license when it flunked emissions testing), which STILL seems to be officially on record as being in my name, has been impounded in a city pound on the west side. My son recently upgraded to an iPod Classic, which now sports 120 (!) gigabytes. And at first he was being picky, going through all of our music collections and hand-picking songs that he wants on there. DH and I have been banking at TCF for years now, and the only way he'd ever change something like that is if the bank got nuked or went out of business or something.
