I've been baking all day long. I already have 6 trays full of goodies! The sad part is, after tons of tasting, nibbling, and munching I'm actually starting to feel a little sick... : ( I need some real, hearty food in my system. Some cheese enchiladas would be really nice right now.

I'm back, and talk of food and eating is in the air no matter where I go. After such a long period of self-starvation, this week has been a blessed, wonderful relief.
