I drove this afternoon to the Fogarty winery on Skyline, and to get there I took Woodside Rd from 280 up the St Cruz mountains until I hit 35 (Skyline, which it really is). On the crosswalk of this gigantic intersection, 3 chickens stood.

There was no "Chicken Crossing" yellow diamond sign, so I hoped they knew I had the right of way.

I was unable to get hold of my parents today, so called my uncle. Dad gets out of the hospital tomorrow. His feet are still swelling in the afternoon and he'll have to keep them up. Orkut is the most annoying app on the web today. I detest that it is unreliable, times out, and is overall slow. Slow enough for me to feel like only braving it once every 6 months.
