I typed 'google' on the search by interest... and a heck of a lot of people showed up.

I tried to open a can of frozen juice by pulling on the little plastic tab of the can seal. Lots of torn pieces later it was open, with the use of canines, incisives, scissors and patience.
Moral of the story: never thaw a frozen juice can.

New discovery: I like Blackberry preserves.
Second new discovery: I do not like orange marmelade.

Had tea and sourdough rolls in downtown Menlo, managing to sneak in 30 minutes of needlepoint before going to work for a 9:30 meeting.

Jim sent me chocolates for Valentines! I got home late on Friday and there was a godiva box waiting for me. It is so great to be surprised! Specially when not expected :)
Made me think about this wildflower kind of love that sprouts unbidden and stays & stays by the side of the road--simple, cool, resilient and altogether uncomplicated.Yum...
