How I know I'm a little stressed
by the OMGWTFHURRICANE is that last night I dreamed that Tim Gunn was my GayBFF and he took me to a spa. He was very soothing and I did feel better when I woke up. -

So far, my hurricane preparedness kit includes:
* lots of batteries
* cool new battery-operated lamp
* snacks
* candles
* food I don't have to cook
* giant bottle of tequila -
Okay, FINALLY, what I did on my summer vacation.
Or, the Inadvertent Tour of Places where Alex O'Loughlin's television shows have been set. (Earlier this summer I did a quick trip to Pittsburgh with my family for a Sox game. I don't have any pictures, but I would like to give a shout-out to whoever at the Awesome Diner we went to put pumpkin pancakes on the menu in June.)

I just booked my Summer Vacation, and that's good because now I'm all stressed out from the choosing (and the paying!) that I need a vacation.
