More patients die when there are less nurses. Shocker.
Not to mention that patient care suffers massively with fewer nurses.
My ward, for example, has cut one qualified nurse per shift. Because the trust needs to save 30 million pounds.
And at the same time there are thousands of nurses desperate for jobs in the capital. -
