The answer was in a pencil! Nothing more than an ordinary pencil! No gold would have failed, silver would have stopped in its tracks. Copper, destroy my hopes for the world why don't you? A pencil, a bit of heat shrink, and a clothes pin! Victory is mine!

Alrighty, completed one pair of goggles. Let's see about a few pictures of those. They are aluminum, a beautiful metal to work with. Norman was kind enough to sand blast it all for me as one side of it was all black and rather gross looking, I kind of like the frosted effect, yet there is more to be done. We went to this little cake shop down the street from the office. I think we were served by Barbie. This person looked like they were made from plastic. Their personality matched it. So I had a super awesome weekend. Sadly it did not have an Aaron in it. It did however have grilled things. Grilled using plant matter of old. And covered in sauces. So much delicious barbq sauce. Not being one to just enjoy what was on there. I poured the stuff all over. My new favorite food is rice with bbq sauce. Though I bet I would like it ( Read more... )

I'm back home from the delightful trip to Maryland. Nothing too exciting happened. I got there, sadly delayed beyond where it was viable to see some relatives.
