Yoga last night has left me feeling quite limber.. It always amazes me when I can get my body to do things I never thought it could do. empowering.

Lately I've been privy to a lot of Baby-centric conversations.. I know of two people expecting and another who is the proud aunty of a baby girl as of tuesday morning..

Looking forward to May.

It's really amazing how great you can feel when you have your ducks in a row. I did my laundry, cleaned, ate vegetables, ran, made a new disk, zeroed out my debt and organized my desk in the last 24 hours and I feel like a million bucks..

What am I gonna do tomorrow??

The past few weeks have been trying at best. Not feeling myself - tired, drunk,disengaged - just outta hand in general..

I thought a new pair of shoes would have cured this funk - verdict: not so much..

CBC had a doc on last night about the drug crisis in North Central Regina. It felt pretty surreal watching an exposé on a place that is only a 20 minute walk from where I live. I voted today at lunch and am excited (read - nervoso) to watch as the results roll in tonight. This campaign was just too frigin' long. I completely lost interest in the last few weeks.
