Why my job is awesome.
I was all worried yesterday to put in a last-minute request for Dec. 22 through the 26th off at work (for VEGAS, Baby!!), but I did anyway just to see if I would somehow get lucky. Not only did they accept my request, but they moved our annual Holiday Luncheon to the 21st so that I could make it. And this is why I love my job. Small firms are the -

I almost talked myself into finding Bonesie a better home yesterday. I'm never here anymore to hold him, watch him, etc. I fed him yesterday. He had a perfect shed last week and I wasn't here to see it until days later. I got up early this morning and came home just to watch him and check up on him.
