I've exercised three days in a row. oh, my poor battered body. Swam on thursday, elliptical and upper body machines on friday, swam today. Do I dare go in again tomorrow, for more elliptical and lower body? If I get over the two week hump it'll be all good, right?

I've lost about oh, 11 or 12 pounds in the last month. Weight always comes off fast when I start to lose it. I suspect that with exercising, I will easily drop another 15 in the next month without starving myself in the least and keeping well hydrated. Interesting. Not at all what I'd expect.

crouchback came home for a few minutes, then left. You can read what happened in his LJ. I mysteriously wound up in bed, clothed, glasses on, dogs with me, everything like it normally is, except the light was on and my eyeglasses are on. I don't remember any of this. hmm.

My boobs are magical pillows of comfort.

What is the difference in quality between All-Clad and Calphalon? I really want to get a few nice pieces, and just add to that, rather than getting a lot of low quality pots and pans. I still can't narrow it down further than this. Anyone have any likes and dislikes? I find cooking to be much easier with higher quality cookware.
