Does anyone have any good books or sites for writing your own wedding ceremony? I just need some guidelines.

For those who read this, shower invitations are going to all women. I do not expect those from out of the area to come, and I really feel uncomfortable with those out of the area sending shower gifts. My mom insists on it, it's easier going along with her than not. I've been getting things done around the house. Dealing with the depression. Hopefully this is a new start to things. It's better for my relationship too. Now if I could only find a job.

Upon going and handling some knives, I've fallen in love with the ones that don't have a different substance making up most of the handle. That is, I like the ones that have a handle made of steel. None of my bridesmaids read this, so. What is a good gift for a bridesmaid gift? I want something that they can actually use. The dresses are jewel red, if that helps. I was thinking of having hand made bracelets, but it doesn't seem enough (the bracelets are inexpensive). Any ideas?
