I voted in the Texas primary today. I wasn't really voting for Obama as much as I was voting against Clinton...

I never do these, and I post the results even less than that, but I got tired of seeing everyone else's posts where all the blue names were at the top and the red were all at the bottom.

"Dark pools of liquidity"

It sounds so... evil.

While walking around outside yesterday evening while running some errands with eliset we both observed that it was windy and slightly chilly; the low-hanging clouds that filled the sky (the kind that reflect light pollution in interesting ways) gave us the first sense that fall is upon us. Went to Austin Land & Cattle tonight to celebrate some birthdays with my friends. Decided to only have a salad for my entree, so I simply asked for the hearts of romaine salad (lettuce, dressing, some walnuts and assorted chopped pepper -- no meat) when the waiter took our order. Finally gave in and bought a new car. (The pictures aren't the best; I need to go out and get some better ones once I get home.)

I miss the Miata, but it's hard to miss it too much with a turbocharged engine that puts out this much torque...
