I kept passing this deer laying on the side of the road day after day until just the other night I couldn't stand it any longer.

Wisconsin. Red neck deer hunters think that sort of thing is really funny. I suspect you have to be full of beer before it takes effect or something, though.

I've seen those atrocities in their boxes at the farm-store, though haven't seen one "deployed" on a hitch. It's every bit as horrible as I imagined! Thanks for filming it, hehehe
