You know, the internet is a scary place for potential worry wort parents like me. I have an innate desire to protect Alice from all the dirt and germs and bad things in the world, but I reign it in (mostly) because I know that it's not good for her if I'm overprotective. She needs to be allowed to explore her world without me going into a panic.

Writer's Block: In the Event of a Zombie Emergency
I have a stake under the bed, but I think that's only going to kill vampires.
What do you do with zombies anyway? Decapitate them? I always have my kitchen knives sharpened so that's a start.
I have a SUV so I guess I could run them over.
Obviously I need to do more planning. -

Thirteen worries on my mind- Nappies, Nappies, Nappies
I am still trying to work out how we will manage having two kids in nappies. We obviously want to continue using cloth, but in buying Alice's set we hadn't anticipated having two in nappies at the same time.

Another busy week!

Editing comments
I was just wondering how you do that?? I have noticed a few times that a comment says "edited at xx/xx/xx" or I get a message saying "edited reply to your post."
It's not an option underneath the comment for me. Do I need a paid account? -
Why don't these things happen when Cam is home?

YAY for good advice!
I went to my local ABA meeting yesterday because their discussion topic was "Breastfeeding and Pregnancy." I was very happy I went. As you probably know, I only know one other person who has been in this position and she weaned her child immediately on to dairy formula which I wasn't feeling was right for us.
